This year no plastic cups will be disposed at the supply posts. We kindly request to bring your own drink cup or waterbottle,...Reusable drinkcup will be for sale the day of the race. At the supply posts you will find water, sportswater, tea, fruit, cake, candy, salty snacks,...
Would you rather bring your own personal drinks? No problem. You can hand over your personal drinks before the race. Our volunteers will hand out the drinks at the different supply posts.
CHANGING ROOMS AND SHOWERS
We will provide changing rooms and showers in the Sportpark Aalter. We advise to come in runninggear to avoid waiting at the changing rooms. After the race hot showers are available. Pay attention that the cleaning of runningshoes is not allowed in the showers. This will be supervised!!A specific location will be at your disposal to clean your shoes.
LUGGAGE
You can hand over your sportsbag for storage at our dropp-off zone. Make sure your sportsbag is sealed properly. Avoid long waiting times. So be in time to drop your bag, not just one second before starting time!
RESPECT NATURE
It is forbidden throwing waste into nature. Facilities will be available at the supply zones. As we are a cupfree organisation there will be no plastic cups at the supply zones. So don't forget to bring your own drinkcup, bottle, camelbag,.. A reusable cup will be for sale the day of the race.
