Info & Conditions (ChangeDate 16/10/2018):
The “Info & Conditions” for the "Bossen van Vlaanderen Trail", "Radio Trail" & "Hooggoed Trail" are the only applicable rules for these races. The "Terms and conditions" still can change. All changes will be published on this blog.

Enter online. By registering, the participant agrees to the "Info & Conditions". Registration is official when you have paid the entry price.

Online-entry
Online entry forest trails: closing date 6 January 2019.

Bossen van Vlaanderen Trail: Early bird €20, pre-registration €25 (day entry €30)
Radio Trail: Early bird €15, pre-registration €20 (day entry €25)
Blekkerbos Trail: Early bird €8, pre-registration €10 (day entry €15)

Payment confirmation
Payments by bank transfer are confirmed by e-mail. Subscriptions that have not been paid after one week will be cancelled and also confirmed by e-mail.
Online payment will be confirmed by entering your name in the list of participants.

Participation-limits
A maximum of 900 post-run meals are provided for the various trails together.

Withdraw
Withdraw with a medical certificate before 06 January 2019 will be payed back. Without medical certificate €5 adminstration fee will be charged. For any withdraw after 06 January 2019 there will be no payback.

Transfers
Transfers to other runners following the same conditions like withdraw. With medical certificate until 06 January 2019 free of costs. Without medical certificate €5 administration fee will be charged.

Responsibility
Participating requires a good health. We recommend a preventive visit to a sports doctor. Each runner is participating at his own responsibility. Organisation can't be held responsible for injury, or loss, theft and/or damage to the equipment of participants, facilitators, supporters or spectators. The organisation assumes that all participants agree on the "Info & conditions".

Secretariat
Secretariat on 19 January 2019 is open as from 08:00 AM.

Numbers
During the race runners have to wear their number visibly on the breast.

Start
"Bossen van Vlaanderen Trail" Saturday 19 January at 10:00 AM. Race clock will start at the start of the race.
"Radio Trail" Saturday 19 January at 10:20 AM.
"Hooggoed Trail" Saturday 20 January at 10:40 AM.

Refreshment stations
There is no refreshment station for the "Hooggoed Trail".
The "Radio Trail" has 1 refreshment station a bit after the half way point.
The "Bossen van Vlaanderen Trail" has 3 refreshment stations. The first and the third station are the same.
It's possible to give your own drinks at the start, we will bring them to the preferred refreshment stations.
On the refreshment station there will be water, cola, sportsdrink, salty snacks, bananas, etc. At the finish there will be recuperation drink in stead off sportsdrink.

Time limits
Finish will close at 04:30 PM.
There are also time limits at the second and third refreshment station. For the second station limit is 01:15 PM. For the third station it's 03:00 PM. Runners who arrive out of time at the stations will be taken out off the race.

Finish
When stopping the race early, finishers have to notify the organisation.
For the trails timekeeping is manually. Runners who pass the finish line after 04:00 PM will not be on the list of finishers.

Garbage management
At the refreshment stations there will be garbage containers. Please have respect for the public road, race tracks, and private property. Leave them without garbage.

Cup Free Organisation
We are a cup free organisation, you can order a cup at registration or bring your own cup.

Guidance
Guidance by cyclist is for different parts of the track forbidden. Therefore runners can't be accompanied by a cyclist.

Sanitary
After the finish and at the second refreshment station there will be sanitary facilities.

Route
The track follows public roads, private properties, properties of nature organisations, forests of the government, ... Organisation will indicate the track. Participators have to stay on the track. To get on the podium the runners have to use a GPS of their own. So they can prove they ran the whole route.

Infringements
When the jury notice infringements, the runner will be first notified verbally. In case of a second infringement the runner will be disqualified. With violations on the garbage management, the participant will be immediately taken out of the race.

Results
Post race day, the results will be published on the website.

Remarks
Runners can make their remarks on the race results to the jury until 30 minutes before award ceremony.

"Hooggoed Trail" at 00:30 PM
"Radio Trail" at 02:30 PM
"Bossen van Vlaanderen Trail" at 02:45 PM

Prices:
All participants of the "Bossen van Vlaanderen Trail" & "Radio Trail" get a unique finishers medal.
For all trails there is also an extra price which will be by distance.
Everyone receives a hot meal (vegetarian is possible) by a well known restaurant. For the "Bossen van Vlaanderen Trail" & "Radio Trail" there will be an extra price.

Podia
Top 3 Men for each distance: Unique piece of art for the winners
Top 3 Women for each distance: Unique piece of art for the winners
Podia ceremony is only held when there are at least 10 participants in the category.

Public transport: Train-station Aalter is only 1 km from the start.

Accomodation: Are you looking for accomodation feel free to ask by mail. We will help you as good as possible.

Tracks
The tracks are published on the sites of the races.

All participants have to park on parking "Aard". "Parking Aard" is only a few 100m from the start.

Privacy
Participants may have access to electronically stored data that the participant has disclosed to the organization. This is in accordance with the law of 8 December 1992 relating to the protection of privacy with regard to data processing. The participants agree to the use of photo, film video,.... of the contest without any claim for compensation. The organisation may use the participants' data in public lists of participants, results and reports on the competitions. The participant will also be automatically registered for the organisation's monthly newsletter.
