Information Running Center Bostrails 2019

ADRESS Sportpark Aalter: Lindestraat 17, 9880 Aalter PARKING Parking places are available in the surroundings. Make sure your car is parked properly. Police is controlling!!! PICK UP RACE NUMBER Your race number can be retrieved at Sportpark Aalter on: Friday 18/01/2019: 13h till 19h Saturday 19/01/2019: from 8h Race numbers must be visible attached on the front. A jury is controlling along the race circuit. SUPPLIES AND PERSONAL DRINKS This year no plastic cups will be disposed at the supply posts. We kindly request to bring your own drink cup or waterbottle,...Reusable drinkcup will be for sale the day of the race. At the supply posts you will find water, sportswater, tea, fruit, cake, candy, salty snacks,... Would you rather bring your own personal drinks? No problem. Edition 2019

The 2019 forest trails will take place on Saturday 19 January. The online registrations are already open. Be quick, because the trail is busy, usually sold out, and at the moment you still enjoy an "early bird discount". Also this year you can order a technical T-shirt with long sleeves as a souvenir. Highly recommended is the warm hoody. All this for pré-sale price. Last year the participants could give a gift for "Natuurpunt". As an organization we do this already every edition. In 2018 this was together €476. This year again a gift is possible. If everyone gives €1 we can touch more than €1000. New this year, on Sunday there is also a plogging. This is jogging and meanwhile picking up waste. Not only good for nature. But stopping and starting, picking up and carrying the waste provides extra training elements. Newsletter - December 2018

Newsletter - December 2018 This is our latest newsletter for 2018. A new running year will follow. Marathon and More Belgium will deliver more mud during the Forest Trails of 19th of January 2019. More environment because of our cupless organisation and our plogging on the day after the Forest Trails on Sunday. More speed during our official 10 km distance race on Pentecost. Or are you in need of more kilometers? Choose our 100km race, also on Pentecost. On the 14th of July 2019 we will see our runners going for as much as possible distance during our 1 hour race and of course our 6 hour race. Social Wall Now we also have a social wall!
